The Ensana Vitality Quiz is a free, interactive online tool that evaluates your responses to health-related questions and generates a personalised vitality score with destination and programme recommendations from the Ensana portfolio.

The Quiz does not constitute medical advice. The vitality score, category ratings, and programme recommendations are generated algorithmically based on your self-reported answers and are intended solely as general wellness guidance.
